My husband had to use translator on his phone. No one came so my husband went down to front desk again huge language barrier. They then told us someone would be up in 10 minutes. Obvious language barrier because t they thought we were asking for cleaning service. Woke up from a nap to find a huge puddle of water in front of our door and the ceiling was leaking.
